Fee Remission:
Some of courses are eligible for Fee Remission and if you wish to claim a reduced fee for these courses you must enrol in person at one of our Centres. In order to claim Fee Remission, you must be in receipt of income-based benefits. For further information contact the Enquiry Team on 01865 550550.

Refund Policy:
If you enrol online you have the right to cancel your enrolment. This right to cancel will lapse once you have commenced the course. if after commencement of the course you wish to cancel this may be granted on production of a medical certificate. You should put your cancellation request in writing to the Student Tracking Manager, Oxford & Cherwell Valley College, Oxpens Road, Oxford OX1 1SA or by email to enquiries@ocvc.ac.uk. If successful, you will be refunded with the full amount of the transaction within seven working days of receipt of notice.

I understand that the information provided on this form may be processed for purposes connected with the College as an educational institution. Attendance and progress information regarding students may be passed to parents/guardians/employers.
