Inspiration for students at Careers Fest 2016

For the fifth year running, Careers Fest will give school pupils across Oxfordshire the opportunity to learn about the wide range of careers and pathways available to them.

Local education providers, including Activate Learning’s City of Oxford College and Banbury and Bicester College, will be offering advice and have-a-go activities for young people to help them discover exciting opportunities for their future.

The event will take place on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 January from 9:30am-2:45pm at MINI Plant, Oxford.

With a theme of “Opportunities to inspire”, exhibitors will be providing pupils with innovative job prospects that they may not have been exposed to before, helping them to experience the variety of career pathways available throughout Oxfordshire.

Representatives from Activate Learning colleges will be available to discuss the various opportunities they offer in areas such as hair and beauty, construction, furniture, graphics and media and motorsport engineering.
