Webmail

You will need to put occ\ in front of your standard college username e.g. occ\ajones 

Moodle

You will need to use your usual college username and password. 

College Portal

This will allow you to view all current news and access Learning Resources and information.

You will be prompted to enter your college user name with occ\ before it and your password in the usual way.

Staff Portal

Alternatively staff can view the Staff Portal site by logging on to the College portal and selecting the Staff Portal tab in the top right.

OCVC Library

To access the Library catalogue which includes our e-books and other e-resources. If you want to renew your books online you will need to login to ‘My Account’ using your 8-digit student ID number (eg 09012345).

ITrent

Reporting of Absence

If any staff member is unable to attend work the instructions below must be followed:

  • Staff member calls their Line Manager or absence administrator 15 minutes before the start of working day
  • Explain reason for absence (Manager only)
  • Inform of expected return date
  • Inform Line Manager of any work instructions
  • Advise who to open absence record on iTrent  (them or Line Manager)
  • Agree reasonable contact with Line Manager during absence (Texting should be followed up by a telephone call)
