How To Apply

Full-time Further Educations courses

Some courses are very popular and fill up quickly so apply as soon as possible. Applying does not commit you to joining a course or guarantee you a place. If you require advice or guidance before choosing a course, please contact us on 01865-551624

To apply for a full-time Further Education course, print off and complete an application form and return it to:

Degrees, HNDs and Foundation Degrees

To apply for a degree, HND or foundation degree you must apply through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS).

• Step 1 To fill out an application form or for more information visit www.ucas.com. Alternatively, contact UCAS on Tel: 0870 1122211, or write to Customer Services, UCAS, Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucester GL52 3LZ.

• Step 2 You need to complete the application form and have it received by UCAS by 15 January 2008. If your application is received after the 15 January deadline we may consider it but will regard it as late.

You will require the UCAS Institution, Course and Campus codes for applying to a HE course at OCVC when completing your UCAS application form.

Unfortunately you will not find these codes on the UCAS website. However you will need these codes to apply.

• Step 3 You will receive a conditional or unconditional offer from UCAS or a rejection and an opportunity to participate in UCAS Extra. You will also be invited to attend an interview, where you can meet your tutor and tour the campus where your chosen course is taught

Part-Time courses (including HNCs)

Some part-time courses require a telephone or personal interview. For these courses, please complete an application form and return it to:

Part-Time courses that do not require an interview

You can enrol onto these courses by:

• Call into any campus to complete an enrolment form and pay.
• Print out, complete an enrolment form and post it to us with payment.
• Phone us on 01865 550550 to enrol and pay for the course.
