Calling head teachers, cooks, caterers - all those charged with combating obesity, transforming lunches and the health of our children...
Our specially built, state of the art FEAST (Food Excellence and Skills Training) kitchen offers:
5 core School Feast Trust qualifications
• VRQ Level 1 Award in Providing Healthier School Meals Service
• NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery
• NVQ Level 2 Food Processing and Cooking
• Level 2 Support work schools (SWIS)
• Level 3 Support work schools (SWIS)
OCVC will also be offering a number of short courses including:
• CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety
• CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety
• CIEH Level 3 Award in Food Safety
