How do I enrol online?
Please browse our online course directory, then simply click the ‘Online Enrolment' button for any course of your choice. You may choose as many courses as you wish. When you checkout your basket you will have the chance to review the course(s) you have chosen, then complete a short registration process and pay with your credit/debit card. Which courses may be enrolled online?
Most of our courses are available for online enrolment. However, the facility is not available for courses which require a pre-course guidance interview.

Are my details kept private?
All personal details are kept in accordance with the data protection act.

Is it safe to pay by credit/debit card on the internet?
The payments are managed by secure servers and our financial partner is one of the major players in the market.

Which credit/debit cards can be used for payment?
All major cards are accepted.

Can I enrol online if I am eligible for a fee reduction?
In order to claim the fee reduction you will need to enrol in person at any of our campuses. Please bring your evidence of entitlement with you. We will need to see original documentation and photocopies will not be accepted.

Why do you need to know my date of birth?
Courses offered by the College are normally subsidised by government funding. It is a requirement that we have the date of birth for every funded student. The information is used for statistical monitoring of student participation. In addition, the date of birth is a very helpful identifier to ensure that students with similar names are easily distinguished.

Why do you need to have information on ethnic origin and disability?
This information is requested by our funding body and is used to monitor our services. Information on disability is also used to help us ensure that we are able to meet your needs whilst providing courses for you.

Is it possible to cancel my enrolment and receive a refund?
Yes, subject to conditions, please refer to the refunds section for further details.

What confirmation do I get once I've enrolled online?
Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your enrolment. You will also receive a receipt of payment email.
