Training Works
Training Works is a new project designed to support businesses in up-skilling and developing their workforce.
Funding is provided through the European Social Fund so that organisations can train staff at no cost.
Course options include customer service, English and maths, communications, IT and health and social care.
These courses have all been designed to ensure that employees get the skills they need to perform more effectively, while helping businesses to become more sustainable.
All courses are available free of charge if you are:
- Employed or volunteer for more than eight hours per week
- Aged 19 or over and don’t hold a full Level 2 qualification
The ‘no fee’ offer is dependent on signing up before the stated deadline.
Training Works is managed by our colleagues at Reading College, but courses are provided by Oxford & Cherwell Valley College.
To register your interest in Training Works, contact Beth Reynolds by telephone 0118 955 4558 or email beth.reynolds@reading-college.ac.uk.
