The college aims to provide outstanding service to its employer customers by being responsive to the needs of individual organisations and offering flexible and cost effective training solutions. The college has a primary aim of establishing longstanding and mutually beneficial relationships with local employers and encouraging their greater involvement in college activities.
The success of these aims can be demonstrated by OCVC becoming the first training provider in Oxfordshire to achieve the coveted Training Quality Standard (TQS) certification in June 2009.
Many of the longstanding and successful partnerships OCVC have with its employer customers were developed from an initial contact with Employer Services staff and the team look forward to developing many more.
