OCVC has a designated Employer Services team responsible for liaising with the local business community and they are able to provide guidance on employer training and development needs. To ensure direct and easy access to this team, a dedicated Employer Hot Line and Enquiry email address is available. Please see our contact us box to the right.
The Hot Line is staffed from 08.30 – 17.00 hours Monday to Friday, with any out of hours voicemail messages responded to during the next business day.
Upon calling the Employer Services Hot Line, you may be forwarded directly to a member of staff within a curriculum team best placed to discuss your requirements.
Should you have any serious concerns with your existing relationship or service from OCVC, please contact us and your service concern will be managed by a senior member of our team.
