The Hot Line is staffed from 08.30 – 17.00 hours Monday to Friday, with any out of hours voicemail messages responded to during the next business day.
Upon calling the Employer Services Hot Line, you may be forwarded directly to a member of staff within a curriculum team best placed to discuss your requirements.
