Together, the Senior Management Team and the Corporation aim to develop the workforce of the future and ensure that the College’s services remain responsive to the needs of the local economy.
To this end, the senior team seeks to inspire a creative and innovative philosophy and works tirelessly to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the College. This team is held to account by the Board of Governors who drive and challenge the strategic priorities.
By monitoring performance, the Governors benchmark how well the College is being run by the senior team to the benefit of learners and employers alike.
